Additional options like durating or interval acustic signal (see picture galery) can be adjusted by using the onboard dip switch.

The Guardian is a construction kit. Only the IC is already mounted. The Guardian has been developed for use with a common 9V battery. The User just clipses the PCB onto the battery and it is ready to work. The battery is power supply and stand off at the same time. At the bottom side of the PCB we placed to connection pads for external wires to use the Guardian as...

- Temperature guard: Works at<=2°C (frost alert) and >=40°C (heat alert). Temperatures can be changes by programming other values. Do to so please have a look at the bottom connectivity information.

- Humidity guard: Can be adjusted to give alert when contacts get dry or wet. Very useful to avoid water damages at home or your flower die of too low water level.

- LED torch: There is always need to have a little more light when working on something at home, in the garage or somewhere else.

The features can be adjusted by using the onboard dip switch. All function have been printed on the backside to but only in german. Here is the english translation:

FAQ:

Q: Can I use other LEDs?
A: Yes no problem. If the new LED need an other forward current please change the resistor on the bottom left side (see picture galery) to give the LED the current it needs. The LED channel has a constant voltage of 5V.

Q: Why is the IC already mounted?
A: Because of the very filigran pinning. We also have the possibility to make a final function check.
