How to order
1) First order / new customer
You do not have to register first before you can order. The LED-TECH.de webshop does the whole registration during the first ordering process. Just put your articles of interest into your cart an click PAY.
Customers who have already bought from us do not have to register again. The registration username and password were already sent by email with the first order. You can use them to shorten the ordering process a lot.
New customers do not have these login dataand therefore have to enter their personal data during the ordering process. After sending the order you will receive two emails:
I. An acknoledgement of order with a list of all ordered parts and our bank information.
II. The login data with username (email adress) and password for future orders. Please read the remarks regarding password safety. If you did not receive both emails please check your spam filter or contact our support immediately.
2) Registered customer / resellers / partners
Registered customers can use advanced tools, features and payment and conditions as well as the wishlist feature.
To get reseller status please fax over your company profile and trade licence to +48 2841 / 97917-29. Please note that special conditions and discounts can only be allocated to registered customers.
Daytrade
What is a Daytrade?
You might already know a few special bargain offers from other online auctionary websites or other shops that of financial advantage to the potential customer. Let us take a standart High Power LED for example that costs 5,- Euro (standart price) and is not offered for only 4,- Euros.
Those offers of course interesting for any customer but to FIND them on the web is becomming harder and harder. For this reason we have developed the next step in online business: THE DAYTRADE. The daytrade has three main advantages:
1) As you might have already guessed the DAYtrade runs for exakt 24 hours (0:00 to 24:00h).
2) You spare a higher ammount of money with daytrade parts than evver before because prices get decreased up to 90%.
3) Each daytrade part has a dynamic random price chart so that not even We can forecast. Read more about this below.
How do I identify daytrade parts?
This is very easy. Daytrade parts are marked with the symbol  in the product categories. You can as well have a look at a list of all daytrade parts in the DAYTRADE category mentioned in the left navigation.

The inovation is not to FIX the bargain price. It changes from minute to minute. Customers who keep an eye on the daytrade charts can save a lot of money. It is mostly equal if the chart goes up or down -> the price is always and in every case lower than our standart shop price! A graphic in the part descriptions shows a space of two hours. You can see Euros on the left and the time below the chart. Here is an example:

How do I buy daytrade parts?
We want to improve online shopping and do not want to make it more difficult! Just click intop the part, enter your wished quantity and click ADD TO CART. The part will be mentioned in your cart with the exact price of this minute.
To provide a dynamic ordering process we fix the cart price for 5 minutes only. That means time is running when you click your first daytrade parts into your cart. A little counter in your cart will show you in detail how much time is left. Don't panic: 5 min. are a long time. We tested it a lot. Already registered customers have a further (time) advatage because they do not need to fulfill the adress form.
What happens after the 5 minutes?
Nothing bad of course! The daytrade parts in your cart must be updated and another 5 minutes are counting down. The counter in your cart and additional remark will show you easily what to do.
Specials
The list of special items contains a few thousand optoeletronic parts from different manufacturers. As we do not enter this much parts into our standard shop range we can forward the whole price advantage to the (end) customers. Grubbing always pays!
The listed parts are no old stock or something like that. It is absolutely brand new quality which is also RoHS compliant so that even ISO zertificated commercial customers do not have any trouble with quality or manufacturing. The list was mainly made for commercial customers because orders with full packing units are wished by the manufacturers. The list shows stock quantities and packing units. If there is a partial quantity it is no problem to deliver less than a full packing units. This might be intersting for private users, too.
We try to refresh the specials every week. The last change date is always printed on top of the list. If you click onto a part number a pop-up form shows up. Just fill it out and send it. Our support will answer as soon as every time.
Gift certificates and coupons
- The validity of gift certificates and coupons is 3 years from date of origin.
- The maximum value is 500,- Euros per certificate.
- Coupons can only be encashed once on our website http://www.led-tech.de and get invalid status after been erased to 0,- Euros or reaching the date of expiry.
- The certificates owner can change. That means you can use the gift certificate as a present for a third person if you like. It is only possible to forward complete unused certificates. Part or rest transactions are not possible.
- e) Gift certificates can be encashed with an ordering valume from 25,- Euros or higher. You can use one coupon per order.
- Each customer can only use one gift certificate from a special commercial campagne. A compination of different coupons is not allowed.
- Some commercial or newsletter coupons are specified to special part categories. In this case you can unfortunately not pay the shipping costs with such coupons. In other cases the coupons are only for new customers.
- Coupons can not be converted to cash money. Commercial transactions and reselling of our gift certificates and coupons is strictly forbidden.
- If the coupons value is not as high as the ordering value is you can choose between the standart payment options for payment the rest ammount.
- Rest ammount will be credited till the date of expiry. Elongations are not possible.
- It is not allowed to use coupons to buy other coupons or gift certificates.
Orders
Cart & Wishlist
The cart makes your shopping tour on LED-TECH.de a walk-over. We are open seven days a week and 24 hours a day.
The wishlist is your personal list of all parts that your are interested in but do not yet want to buy. It is like a parking area.
Once registered as a regular customer you can use the wishlist feature. Just enter a part and click the button ADD TO WISHLIST.
Youngsters under 13 years are not allowed to create a wishlist. But their parents are!
Deleting parts from wishlist:
It may happen that you want to delete one or more parts from your wishlist. To do that mark the little box DELETE and click REFRESH afterwards. Please note that deleted parts cannot be returned. You would have to put them manually onto your wishlist again.
How to buy parts from the wishlist?
Open your wishlist. You can now use the shown buttons behind each part to move the part from your wishlist to the cart.
Where do we sent the parts?
If you buy at LED-TECH.de you can specify a special shipping adress if you like. This can be done during the ordering process.
Pricing
All prices are to be understood in Euros. All prices are gross including the german VAT. If you want to by without VAT please mention your VAT number in the named textfield during the ordering process. You can then transfer the net ammount.
Price comparison
LED-TECH.de calculates fair but this doesn't except that you may find a part cheaper somewhere else.
Please always remember when doing price comparison for optoelectronic components:
- Are the part really the same and of same quality/manufacturer?
- Do total prices incl. VAT, discount or other costs?
- Is the part offered by a salesperson or a unaware nobody?
It may possibly happen that you may find equal parts with different pricing. That can happen because we get offered some parts by different manufacturers.
We only sell new parts. Used goods or returned goods will not be brought to market in any way of course.
Please also note:
The prices of so called online price search engines often do not fit the current pricings because they are slow and not well informed. The websites are no partners or reseller of our products. Because of that reason we can not commit them to refresh their prices, too.
Special conditions
We grant special discounts to resellers, centrlised orders and industrial customers that are depending on the ordered quantities and/or the volume. Please contact oursupport for special offers.
Changes in Pricing
The price that are shown in your cart and the wishlist are identical with the current pricelist. For example: If you look at a part for 1,29 Euros and than log into the system you may see other prices depending on your special conditions for resellers or other groups.
Please always remember that offers may be limited in time and may be reset to standart cnditions during two visits on our website.
Please note that we are not bound to a wrong price. There is no official act of sale when the order is sent. First when it is accepted. Please have a look at our business terms for further information.
Return shipments
It can possibly happen that you may receive a wrong part or that some goods get damaged during transportation. In that cases we want to help as fast as possible. Please read below how we handle such cases:
Please do not return goods unfree packages. Please contact our support team first and get return documents to handle your parts as efficiant as possible. Enclose a copy of the documents on the top of the package.
After receipt and goods inward inspection our team will immediately inform you about further handling.
Please sent all return shipments to the adress mentioned in the imprint.
Repair service
Almost all optoelectronic componentns may fail or break down from time to time. In those cases please contact our support team the ensure fast help, repair or replacement of goods
