The MultiLine Aluminium circuit boards gives a maximum of flexibility to the user. Mounting, chiose of the illuminants and packaging are fully flexible and changeable. Please read below about

the technical data:

- Heat conductive value: 1.0-1.5W/mk!
- Dimensions: 75x25mm

the concept:

Task: To create a full circuit board system that lives up to the expectations of usability and multifunctionality. This is hwhat we wanted:

- Extendable module system, modules with constant LED intervals for homogeneous lighting
- Useable with every 6pole RGB application as well as applications with common anode/cathode
- Useable with all available emitters (details below)
- Potential-free on the back side for direct mounting on metal surfaces without further isolation
- Good heat conductive properties (Thermal design)
- Flexible mounting possibilities
- Emotive design

the design:

The circuit boards have a length of 7.5cm and a width of 2.5cm. It has been designed for series connection applications and provide a constant LED intervals for homogeneous lighting modul-spanning. All soldering pads for connecting through stay contained.

the thermal design and heat management:

We highly recommend additional cooling elements or direct mounting on heat conductive surfaces because the aluminium circuit boards can only be the carrier medium and not the whole cooler. If you have any qustions regarding thermal management please contact our support.

the mounting possibilities:

The circuit boards have two drill holes on each side which give you the possibility to mount the stripes even on metal surfaces because the stripes are absolutely potential-free on their back sides.

the lighting solutions:

To grant 100% of flexibility to the user we now make a special offer: Get your own custom-made RGB circuit baord(s) in special lengths and quantities already mounted with your wished LED. If you are interested please send an email with a detailled project description and the estimated quantity to our support. Never fear: We also produce low quantities for pilot-run series or private projects.
