New high quality aluminium star PCB with only 20mm diameter as known from any common star LED. Developed for 3x Luxeon Rebel LEDs for RGB applications. The pads are labeled significant (R+, R-, G+, G-, B+, B-). - Material: Aluminium 6061-T6
- Heat conduction = 1.0-1.5W/mk - Dielectric: HT-04503 (75µm)
- Heat conduction = 2.2W/mk
- Copper Foil: Electric copper (35µm by IPC4562) - Diameter: 20mm
- Height: 1.5mm
