High quality electrical insulating 3M coolpads! The possibly easiest way of mounting high power LEDs. The pads are already manufactured for use with Star LEDs. The 6 square form makes it very easy to use. The heat dissipation of this coolpads is much more effective than heat conductive paste could ever be because they are plain and not subject to te human eye regarding a homogeneous surface. They are very useful for pilot productions, too: Just paste and go! Tip: For high power LED applications, even those in duration use, please always take a high quality heat conductive glue!
