Electrical insulating heat conductive foil
High quality electrical insulating 3M foil! The possibly easiest way of mounting high power LEDs and complete PCBs. The heat dissipation of this foil is much more effective than heat conductive paste could ever be because it is plain and not subject to te human eye regarding a homogeneous surface. It is very useful for pilot productions, too: Just paste and go! This foil is also available in already precutted (lasered) 6scared form especially for star LEDs. Tip: For high power LED applications, even those in duration use, please always take a high quality heat conductive glue!
